Pillars of Hercules near Falkland is a small farm. They are able to demonstrate how food can be grown in an organic and commercially viable way. It is a magical place to visit, with a lovely restaurant and a farm trail where you can see the way things can be grown without chemicals. They also supply "veg boxes" which you can have delivered weekly to your home. Veg boxes are a great way to start to understand what food is available in Fife at different times of the year, and they encourage you to eat your "5 a day".
